Spent three nights in a Queen Room. staff were unhelpful at times, yet room was clean.

Warm cookies and cool vibes

Upon arrival, the warm cookie was a delightful touch that kicked off my stay. The spacious room was clean, and the large windows filled it with natural light, making it feel welcoming and fresh. The gym facilities were excellent, providing a nice way to unwind after a busy day.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by some noise disturbances from other rooms, and the shower gel in the bathroom was not replenished. while the breakfast selection was decent, it could benefit from a bit more variety.

The modern design of the hotel really impressed me. My room had a unique layout with a comfortable bed, perfect for resting after a busy day. Housekeeping quickly provided extra pillows when I asked. The location made it easy to get to the city center within 15 minutes, which was a big plus. the air conditioning in my room wasn’t functioning properly, making it hard to sleep comfortably at night. the breakfast options were limited and did not meet my expectations.

Flipped comfy bed, brekkie was decent, and the staff were friendly. Got to chill at the bar, and met some nice chommies!

I had a delightful stay at Doubletree By Hilton Frankfurt Niederrad. The staff were especially attentive, with Manuel going above and beyond to inform me about the air conditioning issues. The modern design of the hotel was quite appealing, and my Queen Room was spacious and well-maintained.

We loved taking our kids to the nearby park, where they could participate in fun workshops and play around. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and having a spacious suite helped make our stay more comfortable as we traveled with babies.

My children wanted more family-friendly activities at the hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped gym that helped me unwind. I loved the sun terrace for relaxing afternoons and the cozy bar for evening drinks. Just a heads up, the breakfast could've had a bit more variety, but overall, it was a lovely experience! 😊

Generally Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed my stay in the spacious Queen Room, especially the cleanliness. Although services fell short at times, I appreciated the friendly atmosphere. Future guests should check for restaurant hours. breakfast only starts at 7 am. a decent option for short visits, but improvements are needed.
